DELIVERY
Shipping - UK
Orders within the United Kingdom are shipped using Royal Mail or DPD, with a tracked, signed-for service to ensure secure delivery.
Standard shipping: we aim to dispatch within 3 working days.
During busier periods it may take longer, up to 5 days to dispatch.
Standard postage and packaging fee is £4.50
Royal Mail Tracked 24
Royal Mail Tracked 24 postage and packaging fee is £7.
Items are sent via Royal Mail. You will be notified of all your tracking info so you have access to this.
Express shipping:
Express postage and packaging fee is £8.50.
Items are sent via DPD. You will be notified of all your tracking info so you have access to this.
Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping.
If your item hasn’t arrived and you need assistance, please reach out to us at care@aetherracandles.com. Be sure to include your order number or address to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Re-delivery
If an item is returned to us and you’d like it re-delivered, an additional delivery charge will be required.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item(s) arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item by emailing care@aetherracandles.com with photos.
We’ll do our best to replace the item(s); if we don’t have stock available, you can choose a refund or request us to remake the item, which may take up to 5 days.
Returns
We hope you enjoy your items! However, if you’ve changed your mind, please email care@aetherracandles.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number or address for a quicker response.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process a full refund (excluding shipping). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
Please provide receipt of purchase.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, and in their original packaging and condition. If not, they may not be eligible for refund.
Please note: We do not cover items that become faulty due to misuse or damage outside our 28-day returns period. All Aetherra vessels are handmade, and we recommend handling them with care.
Custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please notify us within 48 hours of any issues with made-to-order pieces upon delivery.
Each piece we make is unique, and slight variations in design, color, and tone are natural and will not be considered faults.

Returns Charge
Currently, we do not offer free returns; customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Until we receive your return, the order remains your responsibility, so we recommend using a tracked postage service with insurance (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48).
Shipping charges for unwanted items are non-refundable.
